About the role
- Ensure the execution of our analytics platform and measure the impact of our efforts
- Review detailed information, analyze data in relation to specific business goals, and present findings in clear, actionable formats
- Create and refine analytical tools that benefit our clients
- Take ownership of the accurate and timely production of team reports
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an Employee Benefits role
- Experience with renewal projections, financial modeling and claims reporting
- Ability to perform in-depth utilization trend analysis to identify patterns and insights
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of financial analytics and utilization patterns
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
- BS/BA in insurance, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
- Producer's License for Life/Health, or the ability to obtain upon hire (preferred)
