2+ years of experience in insurance, marketing, or a related discipline
Experience managing carrier or vendor relationships and coordinating meetings/communications
Experience reviewing carrier contracts, appointment paperwork, and license management
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to analyze carrier performance, review claims information, and support business planning
Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
Strong insurance industry knowledge
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience supporting producer negotiations or coordinating sponsorships/events
Familiarity with license record-keeping systems or carrier supplemental compensation documentation
