About the role
- Conduct comprehensive change impact analyses to understand what’s changing, why, when and for whom
- Identify and engage impacted stakeholders across diverse business units and locations, analysing change from current to future state
- Develop and implement targeted change management plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption
- Monitor and manage change risks, resistance and adoption progress, adapting plans to ensure successful delivery
- Drive integration of change management activities into project delivery plans, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business units to enable effective implementation of change
Requirements
- Proven experience as a change analyst with a strong delivery focus
- Relevant experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment
