Work closely with the Chief of Staff, COO and the Transformation Directors to help structure the transformation office
Structure the workstreams, owners and charters
Partner with regions to define work packages and execution teams
Structure the roadmap and business case
Set up governance and reporting mechanisms to track progress across workstreams and ensure transparency for leadership and stakeholders
Define robust financial management processes to help govern the program
Identify opportunities to continuously improve the transformation office ways of working and processes

Requirements

Project management: Ability to structure plans, dependencies and track through execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and requirements.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex execution challenges.
Financial Acumen: Proven ability to understand team budgets, helping to ensure financial resources are utilized effectively to meet project and departmental goals.
Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in a project management role including significant leadership experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or cloud certifications).
