Requirements

Proven success building strategic relationships with executive and senior leadership to align and prioritize technology initiatives with organizational goals
Experience managing intake of new technology solution requests, supporting business case development and evaluating ROI of new solutions
Proficient at sourcing and recommending technology solutions based on business requirements and objectives
Successful delivery of medium-to-large-scale technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution, while collaborating cross-functionally
Experience leading AI adoption and innovation by embedding AI tools in operations
Skilled in applying organizational change management best practices and using project planning tools to keep stakeholders informed and ensure successful outcomes
Strong understanding of portfolio application management and rationalization, including the ability to assess, categorize, and optimize the application landscape to align with business goals
Skilled in translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and maintaining a well-groomed backlog of prioritized projects
5-7 years of experience in a consulting, business analyst, or relationship management role within an insurance agency, including direct experience with Information Technology (optional)
Project Management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are a plus (optional)
PowerBI experience (optional)
