About the role
- Lead global product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across a diverse HR product portfolio
- Define and execute product vision aligned with business strategy, client needs, and market opportunities
- Drive operational and technological transformation to modernize product delivery, scalability, and performance
- Oversee end-to-end product management including ideation, design, build, launch, and continuous optimization
- Deliver commercial outcomes such as revenue growth, margin expansion, and product adoption targets
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior HR product portfolio leadership experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new products globally
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans
- Experience leading and managing large, global teams (100+)
- Experience with AI-enabled products and data-driven decision-making
- Consulting experience, particularly within strategy, digital or transformation
