About the role
- You will work together with other insurance specialists and occupational pension (bAV) experts in an Insured Pension Administration team at your location.
- After comprehensive training in occupational pensions (bAV), you will, together with experts, administer and manage individual and group insurance contracts across all five implementation approaches of occupational pension schemes.
- After appropriate further training, you will act as a point of contact for our clients for the back‑office administration of complex insurance‑backed bAV solutions.
- You will support the administration of (company‑owned) group and single support funds (Unterstützungskassen).
- You will actively participate in project groups on topics such as digitalization and artificial intelligence.
- You will assist clients and colleagues in optimizing process workflows and communications related to occupational pensions.
- After further training, you will advise our clients on insurance‑specific matters and on tax, social security and employment law issues as well as on insurance contracts and/or pension plans.
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen); experience in administering occupational pension insurance solutions is welcome but not mandatory.
- Preferably several years of professional experience in the administration of insurance solutions/products (internal service/back office).
- Basic knowledge of employment law, social security and tax law is an advantage; good numerical/mathematical skills are also helpful.
- Very good German language skills and preferably good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- High IT affinity – e.g. maintaining various interfaces, experience with complex data reporting, and confident use of standard MS Office applications.
- Strong commercial/business thinking, teamwork skills, initiative, and a customer‑oriented approach complete your profile.
