About the role

  • Handling national and international correspondence with clients and insurers
  • Creating invoicing instructions for our European Business Support Center (EBSC)
  • Requesting contract system maintenance for our EBSC
  • Ongoing verification of proper execution by our EBSC
  • Independently preparing complex invoices
  • Independently setting up contract records
  • Reviewing and correcting booking discrepancies
  • Preparing final account settlements
  • Managing Marsh’s own framework agreements in accident and wind liability insurance
  • Preparing quotations and subsequent policy issuance
  • Documenting contract amendments, cancellations and policy corrections
  • Participating in client meetings for special client requirements

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the insurance sector or an equivalent qualification
  • Business-fluent German
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to participate in projects in collaboration with other departments or the EBSC
  • Strong numerical affinity and team player
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Careful and structured working style
