About the role

  • Research, preparation and active participation in all phases of professional consulting projects
  • Support in the preparation and facilitation of workshops
  • Advising and collaborating with our clients (from all industries and of all sizes)
  • Gradual takeover of (partial) project responsibilities

Requirements

  • Successfully completed Master’s degree (Business Administration, Project and Process Management, Psychology, Business Informatics/Information Systems or similar with a focus on HR)
  • Initial practical experience in a consulting environment, e.g., through internships, is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for the technical preparation, processing and analysis of data
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and willingness to travel (we will not send you abroad every week or permanently on-site with a client)
  • Client orientation (a "consultant mindset") and strong communication skills
