- Lead global product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across a diverse HR product portfolio
- Define and execute product vision aligned with business strategy, client needs, and market opportunities
- Drive operational and technological transformation to modernize product delivery
- Oversee end-to-end product management including ideation, design, build, launch, and continuous optimization
- Deliver commercial outcomes such as revenue growth, margin expansion, and product adoption targets
- Lead and inspire a large, global team
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior product leadership experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new products globally
- Experience leading and managing large, global teams (100+)
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans
- Creative, organized, and self-starting leader
