Work closely with our national Risk Practice Leader with 50% of your time dedicated to our national Cyber Risk Practice.
Support a variety of interesting projects, including ongoing maintenance of content in SharePoint and event planning for internal meetings.
Schedule regularly held national virtual meetings in Zoom and travel for in-person meetings as needed.
Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to the Insurance, Cybersecurity, Risk Intelligence, and Incident Management teams.
Support the execution of cyber initiatives and project management planning.
Coordinate timely communications to Cyber team members and maintain Microsoft Teams channel and SharePoint sites.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the insurance industry).
Strong Microsoft skill set including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple priorities with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization, including a deep commitment to client satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Experience working in Smartsheet for collaboration and project management (a plus).
Adobe Photoshop to ensure all content and presentations are professional and on-brand (a plus).
Basic cyber insurance knowledge (a plus).
