About the role
- You lead the project team or a subproject to help clients solve their most important cyber challenges
- Together with the team, you analyze clients’ cyber risk profiles or the maturity level of their information security
- You develop analytical models to quantify cyber risks
- You support clients in building, optimizing, or reviewing their cyber incident response strategies
- You derive measures to control clients’ cyber risk and communicate these recommendations in compelling presentations
- You participate in client workshops, exercises, etc., and/or facilitate them
- You conduct research and develop expertise on selected technical topics
- You learn methodologies from more experienced colleagues, apply them, further develop them, and share your knowledge with the team
- You mentor less experienced team members and help them grow
- You may support business development and client acquisition efforts
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or another STEM discipline, or economics/business administration, or comparable education with demonstrated interest in cyber topics – career changers are welcome
- Initial, reliable experience in leading (sub)projects
- You have already gained exposure to one or more of the following areas: information security audits, risk consulting/assessment, business continuity management, data protection/security, operational cyber security
- Business fluent German and English, both spoken and written, complete your profile
- Work permit for the EU
