Requirements
- Proven experience in Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance sales
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Broad knowledge across insurance classes (Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine, Financial Lines)
- Strong strategic thinking and sales planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
