About the role
- Collaborate on and manage projects primarily within Rewards, including Compensation Benchmark Analysis, Salary Band Definition, Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity & Transparency, and more
- Collaborate on projects related to Careers and Performance Management, participating actively in the design and implementation of career frameworks, performance appraisal processes, and talent management initiatives
- Conduct complex analyses based on client and market data using Excel, and prepare engaging client presentations and reports with PowerPoint
- Contribute to the development and production of Mercer’s Total Compensation Surveys
- Lead client presentations, foster strong relationships, and actively participate in business development efforts
- Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and support the growth of our business
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, HR, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with a numbers-oriented approach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous
- A team player capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
