About the role

  • Collaborate on and manage projects primarily within Rewards, including Compensation Benchmark Analysis, Salary Band Definition, Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity & Transparency, and more
  • Collaborate on projects related to Careers and Performance Management, participating actively in the design and implementation of career frameworks, performance appraisal processes, and talent management initiatives
  • Conduct complex analyses based on client and market data using Excel, and prepare engaging client presentations and reports with PowerPoint
  • Contribute to the development and production of Mercer’s Total Compensation Surveys
  • Lead client presentations, foster strong relationships, and actively participate in business development efforts
  • Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and support the growth of our business

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, HR, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with a numbers-oriented approach
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous
  • A team player capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
