About the role
- Developing client relationships and support across Canada, with a focus in Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan)
- Participating in and leading projects locally and nationally
- Participating in vendor meetings to provide market perspective and support client program requirements and service level needs
- Managing project workloads, assignment, pricing and execution
- Providing consulting to Health and Benefits team and Mercer Health clients
- Developing and growing business opportunities for THM
- Client and public-facing delivery of thought leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a health or social sciences related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a field related to disability management (mandatory), wellbeing, health promotion, occupational health, human resources
- Expert level of knowledge across several of disability management, wellbeing programs, EFAP, HR programs and policies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Available to travel as needed
