Project Manager

• This client-facing position supports the management of insurance benefits and focuses on the operational side of benefits for global clients
• Team communication and close alignment with the Account Manager, e.g., regarding local renewal processes
• Support in the implementation of new benefits and/or broker changes
• Ensure that key activities are completed on time and with high-quality data in our systems
• Ensure that local brokers adhere to the "Rules of the Road"
• Provide renewal instructions and prepare project timelines
• Peer review and submission of deliverables to the client
• Collect data and KPIs from local brokers
• Prepare presentations
• Improve operational processes to increase efficiency
