About the role
- Leverage your existing professional experience and expand your skillset across a wide variety of areas related to population health management
- Deliver impactful solutions for major organizations and touch the lives of all the individuals who work at them
- Lead consulting engagements, typically our more sophisticated and complex clients with 5,000+ employees
- Play a lead role in the development and execution of our clients’ population health management strategy
- Manage engagements which include marketplace overviews; strategic planning, procuring, developing and implementing solutions; managing solutions; and data analytics for monitoring the impact of solutions
- Drive sales of such engagements
Requirements
- BA/BS, or advanced degree, psychology, social work, public health or related field preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in identifying, designing, recommending and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to employers' complex population health management challenges
- Extensive knowledge of the global population health and behavioral health marketplace
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment and to work independently and on a team
- Strong, innovative sales and marketing skills plus the ability to market organizational strengths successfully
- Superior business acumen, analytical, strategic planning, oral and written communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proven management skills in leading large, complex projects
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
