About the role
- Deliver strategic reward consulting projects – including compensation frameworks, incentive design, job level frameworks, and pay transparency initiatives
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, helping them navigate workforce strategies
- Identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and win new work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and business leaders
- Mentor junior colleagues and support project delivery
- Conduct robust analysis and turn data into clear recommendations
- Set up clear KPIs that measure project effectiveness
- Contribute to enhancing brand reputation
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR strategy
- Strong commercial acumen — able to spot opportunities, pitch ideas, and contribute to business growth
- Proven client-facing experience and confidence working with senior stakeholders across HR and business functions
- Deep knowledge of reward frameworks, compensation structures, and job architecture
- Fluent in Danish and English (or another Nordic language)
