About the role

  • Deliver strategic reward consulting projects – including compensation frameworks, incentive design, job level frameworks, and pay transparency initiatives
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, helping them navigate workforce strategies
  • Identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and win new work
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and business leaders
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support project delivery
  • Conduct robust analysis and turn data into clear recommendations
  • Set up clear KPIs that measure project effectiveness
  • Contribute to enhancing brand reputation

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR strategy
  • Strong commercial acumen — able to spot opportunities, pitch ideas, and contribute to business growth
  • Proven client-facing experience and confidence working with senior stakeholders across HR and business functions
  • Deep knowledge of reward frameworks, compensation structures, and job architecture
  • Fluent in Danish and English (or another Nordic language)
