About the role
- Establish, maintain, and provide a robust data analytics, automation, and reporting framework to support Compliance Monitoring efforts in the UK
- Carry out transactional monitoring and testing
- Assist with ad hoc data queries arising from Compliance Monitoring reviews
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive data analytics and reporting framework tailored to the needs of the Compliance Monitoring Team in the UK
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key compliance metrics and reporting requirements
- Complete / facilitate data analytics as part of Compliance Monitoring reviews
- Review Compliance Monitoring processes and outputs to identify opportunities for automation
- Implement automated solutions to increase team efficiency and enhance the value of our outputs
- Generate regular automated and other ad hoc reports on Compliance Monitoring activities
- Carrying out comprehensive analysis to highlight trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in data
- Present findings and insights to the Compliance Monitoring Team and other relevant stakeholders
- Provide timely and accurate data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Fully integrate with and become part of the Compliance Monitoring Team in the UK to understand their needs and proactively provide technical support
- Engage with other business areas to gather necessary data and insights to assist Compliance Monitoring activities
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience as Senior Specialist / Lead Specialist / Deputy Manager
- Should have at least “On-Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal
- Should not be under any Performance Counselling Plan or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
- Should not have applied for any other IJP within MMC within the last 3 months
- Embraces responsibility for allocated tasks
- Builds good relationships with colleagues throughout MMC
- Understands the business areas of MMC
- Demonstrates strong technical skills
- Demonstrates initiative
