About the role
- Advise and support clients on the implementation, modification and redesign of occupational pension schemes (bAV)
- Manage individual clients' occupational pension arrangements
- Project management and independent execution of client projects
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand business relationships
Requirements
- University degree
- Initial consulting experience in the field of occupational pensions
- Some experience in employment and social security law
- Knowledge of life insurance
- Basic knowledge of German commercial and tax law
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a team
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) language skills
