About the role
- Onboard new General Partners (GPs) and manage the relationship throughout the investment process.
- Coordinate the investment execution process from the point of investment decision-making, ensuring timely execution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, compliance, and legal, to facilitate the investment process.
- Monitor the progress of the Due Diligence process, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to investment decisions, agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development of workflows and processes to streamline investment implementation.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of investments and any potential challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Masters degree or professional certification (CFA, CAIA) preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in private markets, investment management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, and other private market investment structures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of ownership.
