About the role
- Develop relationships with internal and external introducers
- Generate new business opportunities from your introducer network
- Maintain excellent sales pipeline records using the designated recording systems
- Sales should be generated to meet and exceed agreed targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage the prospect relationship
- Contract with customers in line with the business’ standard processes
- Generate business opportunities for specialists within other areas of MMB and the wider MMC group
- Be responsible for ensuring that all business for which he/she is responsible meets the quality standards as required by the Company
- Invest time and energy in your personal development
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar sales role
- Ideally qualified to a minimum of QCF2 and working toward QCF4
- Proven track record of new business generation
