About the role

  • Develop relationships with internal and external introducers
  • Generate new business opportunities from your introducer network
  • Maintain excellent sales pipeline records using the designated recording systems
  • Sales should be generated to meet and exceed agreed targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage the prospect relationship
  • Contract with customers in line with the business’ standard processes
  • Generate business opportunities for specialists within other areas of MMB and the wider MMC group
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all business for which he/she is responsible meets the quality standards as required by the Company
  • Invest time and energy in your personal development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar sales role
  • Ideally qualified to a minimum of QCF2 and working toward QCF4
  • Proven track record of new business generation
