Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Marsh Germany’s People & Investments practice
  • Contribute to the development of innovative strategies and concepts for clients
  • Work on projects focused on transforming HR organizations, roles, and processes
  • Contribute to performance and talent management, employee experience, HR digitalization, and change management projects
  • Support strategic initiatives while considering business objectives and sustainability aspects

  • Develop customized HR tools, strategic concepts, and comprehensive HR transformation projects for clients
  • Acquire the essential consulting skills within 3 to 6 months

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program with an analytical or quantitative focus, such as business administration, economics, psychology, mathematics, natural sciences, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in a consulting environment, ideally with an HR focus, is an advantage but not required
  • Relevant internships in a corporate environment may be advantageous
  • Interest in challenges at the intersection of strategy and HR
  • Enjoy creating presentations and presenting information visually
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ambition and determination
  • Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent German skills
  • Fluent English
