About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Marsh Germany’s People & Investments practice
- Contribute to the development of innovative strategies and concepts for clients
- Work on projects focused on transforming HR organizations, roles, and processes
- Contribute to performance and talent management, employee experience, HR digitalization, and change management projects
- Support strategic initiatives while considering business objectives and sustainability aspects
- Contribute to international projects
- Support consultants in their interactions with HR leaders and CHROs
- Contribute to transformation processes, IPOs, and mergers
- Develop customized HR tools, strategic concepts, and comprehensive HR transformation projects for clients
- Acquire the essential consulting skills within 3 to 6 months
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program with an analytical or quantitative focus, such as business administration, economics, psychology, mathematics, natural sciences, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in a consulting environment, ideally with an HR focus, is an advantage but not required
- Relevant internships in a corporate environment may be advantageous
- Interest in challenges at the intersection of strategy and HR
- Enjoy creating presentations and presenting information visually
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ambition and determination
- Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent German skills
- Fluent English
