About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Utilize industry-leading tools to develop and execute client projects, including wellbeing benchmarking, health vendor comparisons, and survey data
- Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to select carriers or vendors on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with senior consultants to assess client needs and develop implementation strategies
- Engage with vendors and partners to support clients' health and benefits strategies
- Support MercerWell subject matter experts with content development and delivery of innovative solutions
- Collect and analyze data to summarize information for impactful client presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant coursework or a desire to work in health consulting
- Project management experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future
- Progress toward a master's degree with an expected graduation year of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, adapt to changing client needs, and work under tight deadlines
