About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize industry-leading tools in developing and executing client projects, including wellbeing benchmarking, health vendor comparisons, and survey data
Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to select carriers or vendors on behalf of clients
Collaborate with senior consultants to assess client needs and develop implementation strategies
Engage with vendors and partners to support clients' health and benefits strategies
Support MercerWell subject matter experts in content development and delivery of innovative solutions
Collect and analyze data to summarize information for impactful client presentations
Participate in on-demand digital video interviews through the Phenom platform if selected

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant coursework or a desire to work in health consulting
Project management experience
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future
Progress toward a master's degree with an expected graduation year of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, adapt to changing client needs, and work under tight deadlines
Passion for population health and improving the member healthcare experience
