About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with a broad range of clients and industries as a member of project teams
- Diagnose client issues and design strategic solutions
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and project teams
- Conduct research and analysis on industry and organization-specific issues, business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends
- Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to develop career strategies and solutions
- Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups
- Collaborate with project teams to structure analyses and present information effectively
- Prepare client presentations for boards of directors, senior executives, and HR leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with graduation year in Spring 2027
- Focus in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, social science, or HR preferred
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to develop new skills
- Ability to work in teams and under tight deadlines and changing client needs
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong client relationships
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship
