About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients with their bond needs throughout the bond lifecycle
- Assist with bond requests
- Review and process documentation
- Maintain accurate client and bond information
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams
- Help ensure timely, seamless service for clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers
- Self-starter; highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines
- Detail orientation and ability to handle a wide variety of tasks
- Ability to work on a fast-paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 1 year of experience working in the insurance industry
