About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Legal and Compliance function within GHSC to ensure work is accurate, traceable, and completed on time
- Coordinate subcontractor legal administration, including onboarding, engagement changes, renewals, and offboarding
- Prepare, issue, track, and maintain NDAs and confidentiality documentation
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and external parties to obtain timely execution
- Use AI and technology-enabled tools
- Manage document version control for legal and compliance files
- Draft, assemble, and process standard legal forms and templates
- Monitor and manage the team mailbox, triaging and routing requests
- Support compliance audit review activities and coordinate audit completeness
- Track compliance obligations and key dates and maintain a centralized deadline calendar
- Escalate upcoming or at-risk deadlines
- Maintain logs and status reporting for NDAs, subcontractor documentation, audit requests, and deadlines
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders on consistent processes, policy adherence, and workflow improvement
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to create correspondence, trackers, reports, and presentations
- Use Smartsheet to manage workflows, task assignments, and deadline tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- HS diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal administrator or coordinator role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High-fidelity document management experience
- Experience handling sensitive, highly confidential information with utmost discretion and risk awareness
- Proven deadline control and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree (standout qualification, not required)
- Audit-ready mindset (standout qualification)
