About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects to Associates and Consultants
  • Manage aspects of client relationships and commercial processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of experience in Supply & Trading Strategy & transformation
  • Experience serving Oil & Gas and/or Power clients, including Integrated Majors, Independent Traders, and Hedge Funds
  • Conceptual understanding of Trading Operating Models and Commercial Optimization
  • Strong conceptual problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments
  • Outstanding communication skills and confidence presenting to senior executives
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
  • Ideally located in Houston
  • Willingness to travel
