About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the integrity and reliability of Mars Inc.’s OneStream system
Provide internal quality management for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the OneStream system and period close process changes
Lead a team of 3 OneStream administrators
Collaborate with IT, MGSF/SFO, Controllership, and FP&A at Corporate and GBU levels
Work with external consultants to ensure OneStream design supports external and internal reporting
Develop, maintain, and support the OneStream financial system
Oversee governance of system changes, upgrades, security, and archival
Support periodic, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, new unit integrations, and training
Partner across the ecosystem on corporate requirements and transparency of financial performance
Provide OneStream expertise on technology and process improvements and upgrades
Continually assess and refine OneStream to align with changing business requirements
Manage ad-hoc OneStream-related projects
Oversee data inflow and outflow in OneStream from ERP, planning, and allocation systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years’ experience working with financial systems
At least 5 years’ experience in the EPM space
2 years of OneStream experience
Experience developing and leading high-performance teams
Strong understanding of US GAAP and consolidation accounting in a large multinational company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
Strong knowledge of internal controls/SOX
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead multiple tasks and meet deadlines
