About the role
- address non-conformances of in-bound materials in the assigned category and Mars sites
- execute continuous improvement projects
- improve material quality, food safety, and overall sourcing strategy reliability
- be the primary interface between supply chain and suppliers regarding quality matters
- driving a culture rooted in Lean principles
- develop and execute strategies to improve quality across the sites
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience working manufacturing quality
- sound understanding of food safety and HAACP
- Advanced training in Lean principles and problem solving
- Strong understanding of supply chain
- physical capability of working in a manufacturing environment when necessary
- ability to travel up to 50% of workdays
- minimum of a bachelor's degree
