About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned region through leadership of District Sales Managers
- Achieve product penetration and focus objectives within assigned region
- Implement the Royal Canin Veterinary sales strategy and sales process within the assigned region
- Coach and develop District Managers to help them build their business, achieve growth objectives and KPIs
- Develop a High-Performance Team Collaboration environment through engagement of direct reports, coach and develop team to meet current responsibilities and prepare them for personal and professional growth.
- Respond to elevated customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and company meetings as required. Manage expenses and trade budgets.
- Become thoroughly indoctrinated and knowledgeable on the Veterinary product line and sales processes to apply knowledge to District Managers and clinics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science preferred
- 3+ Years sales experience working with leading multi-functional teams
- Business acumen in Veterinary industry
- People Management experience in a mentoring/coaching or line manager role
- Strong Communication skills
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
- Availability to travel 70% of time.
