About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for execution of the Vet Business Unit (BU) strategy and achievement of business objectives/KPI’s by delivering account specific sales goals
Identify clinic opportunities and leverage sales data
Work cross functionally to grow relevance, access to clinics and Vet recommendation within assigned geography
Translate knowledge of our products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities
Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs
Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within assigned geography
Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to address unique needs
Conduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and adjust strategies based on changing needs to maximize territory performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B
Veterinary clinic experience preferred
Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written)
Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record
Overnight travel required, occasional weekends for conferences; approximately 20-30%+ travel
