About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for execution of the Vet Business Unit (BU) strategy and achievement of business objectives/KPI’s by delivering account specific sales goals
- Identify clinic opportunities and leverage sales data
- Work cross functionally to grow relevance, access to clinics and Vet recommendation within assigned geography
- Translate knowledge of our products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs
- Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within assigned geography
- Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to address unique needs
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and adjust strategies based on changing needs to maximize territory performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B
- Veterinary clinic experience preferred
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written)
- Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Overnight travel required, occasional weekends for conferences; approximately 20-30%+ travel
