About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Senior P&O Business Partner to support people and organization priorities
- Lead the HR Agenda for key regional functions
- Promote corporate culture and coach team managers
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts for direct hires
- Support managers with HR tools and systems
- Support new joiner onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 4+ years of academic and/or practical experience in HR
- Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with business leaders
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Highly self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Good foundational understanding of HR strategies and local labor legislation
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, international, and remote teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
