About the role

  • Excellent execution of innovation and activations, leading cross functional teams and delivering key stages gates in line with our S&OP process
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop ideas that are compelling for UKI consumers
  • Execute the Mars media transformation unlocking media as a growth lever across all media channels, adapting as necessary for HFSS regulations
  • Localize key content and amplify using PESO approach (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned)
  • Manage the A&CP ( Advertising and Consumer Promotions Budget) budget to +/- 1%

Requirements

  • Drives consistent results managing multiple priorities and projects
  • Ability to create strong collaborative relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Digitally savvy
  • FMCG experience required, marketing experience preferred but not essential
