About the role
- Excellent execution of innovation and activations, leading cross functional teams and delivering key stages gates in line with our S&OP process
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop ideas that are compelling for UKI consumers
- Execute the Mars media transformation unlocking media as a growth lever across all media channels, adapting as necessary for HFSS regulations
- Localize key content and amplify using PESO approach (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned)
- Manage the A&CP ( Advertising and Consumer Promotions Budget) budget to +/- 1%
Requirements
- Drives consistent results managing multiple priorities and projects
- Ability to create strong collaborative relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Digitally savvy
- FMCG experience required, marketing experience preferred but not essential
