About the role
- Responsible for all aspects of planning and executing projects from ideation to project closure
- Leading and/or supporting large capital projects in electrical, controls, Factory IT, physical automation and Digital Plant Technology systems
- Own the overall leadership of controls, automation, and digital projects via the MarsWrigley Engineering Execution Standard
Requirements
- Minimum A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 8-10+ years' experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry preferable
- Basic understanding of engineering principals
- 20% to 50% travel requirement depending on project demands
