About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and cultivate multi-level relationships with key Independent Vet Online (IVO) partners
  • Drive the execution of the annual sales plan to achieve all performance targets (GSV, NSV, Metric Tons)
  • Manage retail media activations, promotional calendars, and search/media optimization
  • Oversee the end-to-end product catalog—ensuring accuracy for all launches and updates
  • Own the volume forecasting process for your accounts
  • Act as a central hub for collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in CPG with either Account Management /Sales experience, or direct experience at an ecommerce retailer in manufacturer management or similar capacity
  • Financial acumen (ex. Forecasting)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Suite specifically in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Previous stakeholder management experience
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Strategic account/ or pure play experience, veterinary or pet food industry a plus
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time
