About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hire, train, develop, manage performance, provide leadership, and ensure success of the P&O team.
- Coach and Support Operations Leaders within scope, being the Business Partners for members of the Operations Leadership Team.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the People Strategy for SDx.
- Lead organizational design, deployment and change management.
- Leverage data to propose adequate strategies and action plans (Staffing rates, stay interview insights, Exit Interview Surveys, Turnover, etc.)
- Support the design by partnering with P&O CoEs and lead the deployment of signature processes (PDP, MAS, Culture…)
- Lead the Talent/Succession Planning agenda for Operations
- Support key Associates Relations issues and complex investigations
- Drive a strong collaboration and partnership with AR and Legal teams, to build capabilities across P&O and Operations Leaders.
- Lead projects/initiatives for the entire SDx P&O organization as required
- Champion our SDx Culture and Mars Five Principles
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree; master’s or other advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years’ experience working in Human Resources and/or in multi-Unit Operations were closely partnering with HR was required.
- 7+ years leadership experience to include recruiting, developing and engaging a team.
- Experience leading a disperse geographic team preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws
- Relevant industry experiences a plus.
