About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of Mars Inc.’s OneStream system
  • Provide internal quality management for the design, implementation and maintenance of the OneStream system and period close process changes
  • Lead a team of 3 OneStream administrators
  • Collaborate closely with IT, MGSF/SFO, Controllership and FP&A at the Corporate and GBU levels
  • Drive good quality data for better business decisions
  • Oversee governance of system changes, upgrades, security, and archival
  • Provide OneStream expertise on technology/process improvements and upgrades
  • Continual assessment and refinement of OneStream system to ensure alignment with changing business requirements
  • Oversee data inflow and outflow in OneStream from various ERP/Planning/Allocation systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience working with financial systems, at least 5 in the EPM space and 2 years of OneStream experience
  • Experience developing and leading high-performance teams
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and consolidation accounting in a large multinational company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls/SOX
  • Experience in fast-paced environment, with the ability to lead multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
