About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support monitoring and coordinating strategic prioritization of CEE projects and maintaining the project list.
Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure team involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead standardization projects to enhance efficiency within the Finance team.
Regularly share updates with key stakeholders, including the FP&A Manager and CFO.
Support digitalization and technical implementation of global/regional tools.
Support the development and maintenance of financial models and local dashboards.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy.
Lead the technical system deployment of compliance projects driven by local legislation.
Support the technical setup of new business models and customer strategies.
Manage process changes associated with new projects and system deployments.
Serve as the single point of contact for all 1NAV-related changes, maintenance, and updates.
Coach and train end-users, including onboarding new team members.
Manage and resolve recurring issues within NAV and its interfaces.
Support the upcoming transition to a new ERP system.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A master degree in Finance, IT, or another technical field.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or similar position.
Fluency in English.
Fluency in Polish is a plus.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
Experience with 1NAV or SAP is preferred.
Experience with developing and deploying Power BI solutions, from data modeling to visualization is preferred.
A solid understanding of business processes and technology strategies.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build productive relationships with business partners and IT personnel.
Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in at least one of these areas: Advanced Reporting, Application Support, or Project Management.
