Lead end-to-end recruitment processes within dedicated segment/functional area
Engage hiring managers to determine core capabilities and experiences required for roles and develop plan to attract diverse candidates that align with Mars' business objectives and culture
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and making offers to candidates using our ATS system (Workday)
Serve as a Mars ambassador, upholding the company's values, culture, diversity, and commitment to an exceptional candidate experience
Monitor key recruitment metrics (KPIs) such as quality, time, and value
Effectively use Talent Acquisition systems/tools/programs provided by the global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure alignment with Mars strategies and regional team KPIs
Requirements
Proven Talent Acquisition experience in an Agency or Corporate environment
Strong track record leading full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior roles in fast-paced, complex organizations
Strong stakeholder management skills and deep knowledge of interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Solid understanding of candidate qualities for various roles, with successful track record of placements
Strong expertise in sourcing through diverse channels and direct-search methodologies, with a focus on attracting high-quality, diverse talent
Competence in interpreting global processes, applying local and regional policies, troubleshooting, and escalating issues when needed
Fluent in English with strong written, oral and listening communication skills
