About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the integrity and reliability of Mars Inc.’s OneStream system
- Provide internal quality management for OneStream
- Lead a team of 3 OneStream administrators
- Collaborate with IT, MGSF/SFO, Controllership, and FP&A
- Work closely with external consultants for OneStream design
- Drive good quality data for digital tools
- Oversee governance of system changes, upgrades, and security
- Provide OneStream expertise on technology/process improvements
- Continual assessment and refinement of OneStream system
- Oversee data inflow and outflow from various ERP systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience working with financial systems
- at least 5 years in the EPM space
- at least 2 years of OneStream experience
- Experience developing and leading high-performance teams
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and consolidation accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of internal controls/SOX
- Experience in fast-paced environment
