Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of Flexible Packaging Material design, development, and optimization within a CPG Industry
  • A deep understanding of sustainable packaging practices, materials, and design principles
  • Proven ability to design, sequence and oversee large strategic change programs
  • Proven success in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated project management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
