About the role

  • Translate regional value creation strategies into concrete commercial impact at market level.
  • Lead pricing and promotional frameworks, steer trade investment allocation, and challenge commercial plans to maximize value creation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance and Demand teams.
  • Influence key decisions throughout the annual planning cycle and represent SRM in S&OP forums.
  • Shape revenue growth, margin performance and long-term competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally at the intersection of Sales, Finance or Demand, with exposure to revenue management topics.
  • Solid hands-on experience in SRM or Revenue Management, and understand pricing, promotions and trade investments levers.
  • Strong analytical skills with real business proximity, turning data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Operate confidently in English & French, and can influence stakeholders across local and regional environments.
  • Thrive in cross-functional settings and know how to challenge while building alignment with Sales and Finance teams.
  • Comfortable working independently and driving topics end-to-end with high ownership.
  • Simplify complex concepts into pragmatic action plans that teams can execute.
  • Actively drive change, challenge the status quo and mobilize teams behind clear growth ambitions.
