About the role
- Translate regional value creation strategies into concrete commercial impact at market level.
- Lead pricing and promotional frameworks, steer trade investment allocation, and challenge commercial plans to maximize value creation.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance and Demand teams.
- Influence key decisions throughout the annual planning cycle and represent SRM in S&OP forums.
- Shape revenue growth, margin performance and long-term competitiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally at the intersection of Sales, Finance or Demand, with exposure to revenue management topics.
- Solid hands-on experience in SRM or Revenue Management, and understand pricing, promotions and trade investments levers.
- Strong analytical skills with real business proximity, turning data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Operate confidently in English & French, and can influence stakeholders across local and regional environments.
- Thrive in cross-functional settings and know how to challenge while building alignment with Sales and Finance teams.
- Comfortable working independently and driving topics end-to-end with high ownership.
- Simplify complex concepts into pragmatic action plans that teams can execute.
- Actively drive change, challenge the status quo and mobilize teams behind clear growth ambitions.
