About the role
- Provide financial leadership and decision support for the NA Food US business
- Ensure achievement of NSV target and that trade fund investments stay within budget
- Co-create business plans and challenge/review assumptions
- Drive sustainable value creation and ensure proper accounting of trade and sales overheads
- Manage trade budget accurately and at an appropriate level of detail
- Support in ad-hoc activities and customer individual offers via financial evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related
- Master’s degree (MBA or MS) preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience (Food/Bev, CPG preferred)
- Professional accounting or finance qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong understanding of trade investment mechanics, ROI modeling, and promotional effectiveness
- Familiarity with SRM/RGM frameworks (pricing, promo, mix, pack architecture, trade terms)
- Experience with trade budget systems, ERP platforms
- Power BI, Tableau experience is preferred
