💰 $108,160 - $148,720 per year
About the role
- Drive category management principles through strong data analytics
- Develop value-added category solution initiatives and profitable business building strategies
- Deliver unbiased and objective category solutions for the retailer
- Work closely with Mars Food associates and Retailers to develop strategies for Rice, Pantry Ready Meals, and Indian/Asian Categories
- Prepare and deliver category reviews and presentations externally and internally
- Drive analysis of shopper, category, and customer information and data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of Category Management and Space Management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Nielsen IQ Discover Retail Measurement & Panel
- Experience with SPINS data preferred
- Working knowledge of BlueYonder/JDA Space Planning
- Experience with assortment analytic tools such as Rich Mix helpful
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong planning, project and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to convey information using written and oral communication tools
