About the role

  • Define and implement the communication strategy for M&M’S campaigns in France
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agency partners
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust activation plans as needed
  • Serve as the internal lead for the M&M’S x Disneyland Paris partnership
  • Define and orchestrate on-site activations within the park
  • Deploy and amplify the partnership's visibility outside the park
  • Coordinate the teams and partners involved
  • Track and manage the marketing budget
  • Contribute to product development in coordination with the European marketing team

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing (product manager, brand management, activation)
  • Experience with brand campaigns and 360° activations
  • Strong understanding of retail mechanics, promotions, shopper and mass market
  • Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional and collaborative environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: manage agencies, partners and internal teams
  • Organized, results-oriented, with strong business and creative sensibilities
  • Professional English (regular spoken and written communication)
