About the role
- Define and implement the communication strategy for M&M’S campaigns in France
- Work closely with internal teams and external agency partners
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust activation plans as needed
- Serve as the internal lead for the M&M’S x Disneyland Paris partnership
- Define and orchestrate on-site activations within the park
- Deploy and amplify the partnership's visibility outside the park
- Coordinate the teams and partners involved
- Track and manage the marketing budget
- Contribute to product development in coordination with the European marketing team
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing (product manager, brand management, activation)
- Experience with brand campaigns and 360° activations
- Strong understanding of retail mechanics, promotions, shopper and mass market
- Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional and collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills: manage agencies, partners and internal teams
- Organized, results-oriented, with strong business and creative sensibilities
- Professional English (regular spoken and written communication)
