About the role

  • Develop and ensure the end to end execution of the marketing brand strategy and initiatives to fit consumer and customer needs
  • Develop short- and long-term marketing strategies, product development, innovation and brand plans in the local market
  • Strong and close collaboration with cross-functional One Demand team members to ensure the flawless execution of activation strategies, communication and promotional plans, pricing strategies, new product launches, and distribution priorities
  • Accountable for brand’s P&L while delivering consistent brand profitable growth
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities

Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Engineering
  • At least 5 plus years of working experience in marketing related field (FMCG preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing future innovation pipelines, relevant brand building and strategic marketing strategies and communications across channels
  • Strong analytical skills by turning data into insights, strategic thinking, managing stakeholders, influencing others and communication skills
  • Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Strong demonstrated experience in growing categories and addressing strategically wide spaces opportunities from the price, pack architecture standpoint, understanding each channel DNA
