About the role

  • Contribute to growing store sales and brand market share across an average of 21 stores.
  • Ensure the visibility of our brands in-store using all available levers and resources.
  • Be responsible for restocking in line with agreed targets, and ensure the stocking and placement of impulse displays.
  • Manage store layouts/planograms and monitor campaign execution for priority categories.
  • Co-manage with the area manager the tools and resources at the sector depot and on customer sites.
  • Ensure accurate internal reporting of your results and customer information.

Requirements

  • A two-year degree (BAC+2) with proven experience (+5 years) as a sales promoter, shelf-stocker, or in-store merchandiser.
  • Proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office, Internet, email, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience or knowledge of the large-scale retail sector is highly desirable.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong team spirit, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under constrained or variable hours.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
