About the role
- Manage the U.S. and international transfer pricing tax planning, reporting and compliance needs
- Support U.S. and international tax and transfer pricing planning initiatives
- Conduct economic and financial analyses to determine appropriate transfer pricing
- Support the company’s ERP update including sharing the latest transfer pricing policies
- Support transfer pricing audits and response to tax authority queries
- Assist with implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Indirectly manage teams of resources, both internal and external, in supporting transfer pricing related requirements
- Monitor changes in transfer pricing regulations and ensure compliance
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on transfer pricing matters
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
- Manage significant external tax advisor relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of public and industry experience in transfer pricing or related field
- Strong knowledge of U.S. transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines
- Proficiency in software and financial modelling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in US and international transfer pricing law and regulations
- Proven effectiveness in project management, individual contributions, and team collaboration
